Who processes your data
The data controller is Katarzyna Troszyńska, a photographer working under the name Lios Storia (Wieliczka, Poland). For anything concerning your data: kontakt@liosstoria.pl.
What data and why
The contact form gives me your name, e-mail, chosen session type and message. I use them only to answer your enquiry and — if you book — to arrange and settle the session. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract steps and performance) and (f) (answering an enquiry as my legitimate interest).
How long I keep them
Correspondence that did not lead to a session is deleted after 12 months. Data tied to a completed session is kept as long as tax law and possible claims require.
Who else sees them
I never sell or share your data for marketing. I use an e-mail provider and an online gallery service to deliver photos — only as far as running the session requires.
Photos and likeness
I publish session photos in my portfolio or on social media only with your consent given in the agreement. You can withdraw it at any time and I’ll remove the photos from my channels.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object and to data portability. One message to kontakt@liosstoria.pl is enough. If you have any doubts about how your data is handled, you may also contact the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
Cookies and browser storage
This site collects no analytics and uses no advertising cookies. The only thing stored locally in your browser is the colour theme you picked — it never leaves your device.
